Sapor di Storia is kind like a son for me, imagined in my head and materialized in my hands like a puzzle, piece by piece.
It has been my ultimatum and in the meantime, my starting point, a challenge with myself and a great victory too.
It is an ambitious project created by my love for events, beautiful and sought-after, worldly and elegant ones. It comes from the insane attraction for something improbable and unrealizable, from my thirst of knowledge.
All of this has been materialized with experiential dinners in halls and courts of the most beautiful and suggestive historical palaces in Apulia. These were transformed exclusively and for the occasion in special situations of discovery and conviviality.
